Intensive driving course FAQ
Why shall I do an intensive course with Just Drive?
Unlike many other driving schools, we don't spend time on classroom or kerbside training. Whether you are taking intensive driving lessons in Huntingdon, Saint Ives or any other part of Cambridgeshire, you will spend most of your time behind the wheel, practising.
We provide you the schedule before booking your intensive driving course so you don't have to chase us or the instructor to book a lesson after you have paid.
How many hours shall I book?
If you like to brush up your skills before the test, a 12-hour intensive driving course is suitable for you, If you are a confident beginner, 36-hour intensive driving lessons are the right choice and if you consider yourself a little nervous or slow learner go for 45 hours course.
How many hours I will do in one lesson?
1 lesson can be planned between 2 to 6 hours depends on how soon you like to complete the course and taking your comfort and health & safety into consideration.
Will I get training for theory test as well?
We don't offer class room based training. We advise to download app by TSO(The Stationary Office) from Google Play or Apple App store and answer all the questions covered in 14 different topics in the app and practice the hazard perception mock tests and keep practicing until you have got all correct and you can pass the theory in no time.
Do I need to pass the theory test before I start the course?
We always advise to pass the theory before you spend money for driving lessons whether it's an intensive or conventional driving course. Please be advised that you can not book the driving test until you pass the theory test.
Can you book the test for me?
Yes, we can book the driving test for you at an additional booking fee but we don't book the theory test.
Where do I need to go for lessons?
That's entirely up to you if you like to start from home, work, school, college, friend's place or any where else. Your instructor will pick you up and drop off at the same place.
What is the fee for an intensive course?

Is the DVSA test fee included in the price?
No
What is your booking process?
Once you are happy to go ahead with us and tell us how many hours over how many days you like to book we will send you the schedule and if that's suitable for you we need £250 deposit by PayM or net banking to reserve the spaces. Balance course fee can be paid by PayM or net banking or in cash to the instructor on the day of your first lesson.
